Discussion Topic Groups Child Form

The Discussion Topic Groups child form is used to track discussion topics that your committee may discuss. Assign discussion topics within the CMS module > Community group item > Add Topic Group group item link.

Discussion topics can also be added from this child form.

Discussion Topic Groups Child Form Information

The Discussion topic groups child form displays a listing of all potential discussion topics for this committee. This child form displays the following data columns:

Column Description
Name This is the name of the top to be discussed by this committee.
Description Displays a short summary of what the topic entails.

The following icons are available next to each record on the Discussion topic groups child form:

  • Edit - Clicking the Edit icon will open the Edit - Committee Topic Group pop-up window where changes can be made to the discussion topic group.

Note: You can also add a discussion topic group to a committee by clicking the Add icon found on the discussion topic groups child form.
